Two Kalamazoo Residents Charged With Manufacturing Meth

Kalamazoo, MI:  Shortly after midnight on July 11, 2008 Kalamazoo Public Safety Officers responded to the 600 blk of Douglas to investigate a report of a suspected meth lab.

Upon arrival, officers attempted contact with the residents but received no cooperation.  Officers furthered their investigation, which ultimately led to a search warrant being served at the residence.

During the search officers located the waste from a “one pot” meth lab.

An officer from KVET responded and assisted with the investigation.

A 28 year-old female and 23 year-old male, both Kalamazoo residents will be charged with operating and maintaining a meth lab.
